It just keeps getting better. I never thought to use gouache and ink together. I may have to give that a try. That has to be the best white you can use. I use a white gel pen. You can control the intensity of the white just by touching it here and there with your finger.

Great blog! I'm loving all your highly informative posts.

One art supply I enjoy using is a waterbrush. You can fill them with water or varying amounts of diluted ink to add tone quickly to a drawing, and they are so convenient! Oh, and you can use them for watercolor as well...
